Guided start for small teams: set-up and four weeks in one agreed non-production environment.
- Tools connected to your AI client, writes on in non-production only
- Kick-off, a weekly 30-minute check-in and an agreed task list
- A close note at week four: what was asked, answered and built, time saved, findings and a recommendation
- Does not start a subscription
- Larger teams: measured two-month run, £5,950 a month for two months, up to 30 real defects a month, read-only; the final month is credited against your first subscription month

Cheapest way in if you already have AJAEX TRIRIGA cover. Add the tools to Essentials or Standard cover: up to 15 defects a month and 3 environments, running with your cover agreement and ending with it. Included in Advanced cover (15 defects) and Enterprise cover (40). Cover itself is sold by AJAEX LTD; the tiers and prices are on our support page.
Ask us about Results as a Service: a price for each fix your engineer accepts, with the acceptance terms set out in your order. 12-month minimum, billed monthly in advance, then 30 days' notice.

How the prices work.
How is the defect number set?
We agree with you up front how many TRIRIGA defects a month you will bring to the tools, from your own tickets. We review the number each quarter, up or down by band, never mid-quarter.
Does the guided start lead to a subscription automatically?
No. It ends with a close note: what was asked, answered and built, the time saved, findings, and our recommendation and price. You then choose the cover add-on, a subscription, or to stop.
We have fewer than about 16 defects a month. What fits?
Below that, a subscription is more than the value to you. Take AJAEX TRIRIGA cover (Essentials or Standard) with the £950 cover add-on instead.
Do we need to buy an AI model from AJAEX?
No. Our recommended option includes our workspace and AI model. If you would rather pay for inference on your own model account, Bring your own AI connects our workspace to the provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI or AWS Bedrock), under your contract. Both are priced on the defects a month you agree with us; ask us for a price.
How are fixed fees paid?
Fixed work such as the guided start is 50% on signing and 50% on acceptance, with 14-day payment terms. Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance.
What does "Early access" mean for the add-ons?
MFA for TRIRIGA and the SharePoint and ServiceNow connectors are fitted with early customers. Each is tested on your own test environment before it goes live.
Do partners get different prices?
Partner pricing is available for IBM partners delivering TRIRIGA or MREF work. Ask us.
