Logito Ltd is responsible for the personal details you send us through the TRIRIGA and MREF tools website (tririgatools.com).

What we collect

  • Your enquiry. The contact form opens an email draft in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it. It asks for your name, work email, organisation and the question or outcome you want to discuss. You can also give your role, your country or region, and details of your estate, deployment and commercial situation.
  • Emails. If you email hello@logito.co.uk, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.

Please do not include passwords, credentials or customer records in your enquiry.

Why we use your details

  • To reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or legitimate interests (answering people who contact us).
  • To follow up with you about your enquiry, including prices or a demo when you ask for that. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (following up with people who have asked about our services). Every follow-up email tells you how to stop, and we stop when you ask.

We do not add you to a general mailing list, and we make no automated decisions about you. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with, and where

  • Our email provider runs the mailbox where your enquiry arrives. It may process email data outside the UK.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) serves the site from its London region and delivers pages through locations around the world. It keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses.

Where your details are transferred outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your details.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your details (access)
  • correct them (rectification)
  • delete them (erasure)
  • restrict how we use them (restriction)
  • stop using them where we rely on legitimate interests, and stop follow-up emails at any time (objection)
  • give you your details in a portable format, where the law gives you that right (portability)

Email hello@logito.co.uk to use any of these rights. We will reply within one month. If a request is complex, or you send several, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we use your details, please email us first at hello@logito.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
